We will do our absolute best to offer the services in a way that works well for you and accommodate you with any needs. However, we are not responsible for any claims if you do not address your concerns.

The following is our refund policy:

"Done-For-You (D4U) In a Day" Purchase

“Done-For-You (D4U) In a Day” Purchase – depends on your stage from the purchase date.

  • You will have 24 hours after you book your D4U Day to cancel the order and request a full refund. After 24 hours, you will lose the deposit.
  • After 24 hours from the purchase date, no refunds will be honored.
"Services-on-Software" Purchase

“Services-on-Software” Purchase – depends on your stage from the purchase date.

  • You will have 24 hours after you book your S.O.S Day to cancel the order and request a full refund. After 24 hours, you will lose the deposit.
  • After the S.O.S Day, you will have up to 30 days to request a refund. This refund will be for the amount of the cost of the software. Because we would have set this software up for you, we do not offer a refund for the service provided.
  • After 30 days, no refunds will be honored.
Template and Course Purchase

Template and Course Purchase – Due to the nature of the digital products you are purchasing, No Refunds are allowed. These types of products provide you with templates, videos, pre-made images, and more.

Website or Domain Hosting Purchase

Website or Domain Hosting Purchase – No refunds are allowed after purchase.
