Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your services, however, it is your responsibility to bring up any concerns immediately. We will do our absolute best to offer the services in a way that works well for you and accommodate you with any needs. However, if you do not address your concerns, we are not responsible for any claims.

The following is our refund policy:

Template and Course Purchase – Due to the nature of the digital products you are purchasing, No Refunds are allowed. These types of products provide you with templates, videos, pre-made images, and more.

Services Purchase – We offer a refund within the first 72 hours of the purchase date. After this date, we will have begun working on your order for delivery by the scheduled date you selected.

Website or Domain Hosting Purchase – No refunds allowed after purchase.
